With over 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, I specialise in crafting bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients. My passion for personalised service and an extensive network of industry connections, I always ensure that every trip planned is seamless, memorable, and tailored to my clients’ unique preferences. I have been fortunate to study the hospitality industry in both the academic and vocational settings, including undergraduate study at Bournemouth University. My background includes working with some of the UK’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants, including The Langham London, The Lanesborough, The London Hilton on Park Lane and Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Having worked in luxury sales, operations and reservations, I have an in-depth understanding of what makes a journey truly exceptional, as well as what goes on behind the scenes to make it all happen on time and in budget.

Whether it’s securing a suite at an iconic hotel, arranging bespoke experiences, or handling every detail of an itinerary, I ensure every trip is tailored to my clients’ unique preferences. My aim is to use my experience and insights to take the stress out of booking the dream holiday, so that the only thing my clients have to worry about is enjoying the travel experience (and packing their toothbrush!).
I am based in Chiswick, West London but can often be found in a hotel lobby with my laptop working on the latest client request – anywhere around the world! I travel extensively in order to review the latest hotel openings or expand my product knowledge and relationships with hoteliers.
